"My Voxbox is still going strong and has genuinely been one of the best investments I've made for my home voice-over setup. I originally bought it to improve the quality of my recordings without needing a dedicated recording booth, and it has performed even better than I'd hoped.
It's been particularly useful for recording voice-over auditions, and I also used it extensively when recording dialogue for Fallout: London, where I voiced two named NPCs as well as several additional characters. Even using a Blue Yeti USB microphone, the Voxbox helped me achieve clean, consistent recordings that were ultimately used in the finished project.
I don't have a permanent recording booth, so I tend to keep the Voxbox safely stored in its carry bag when I'm not using it. It's very much a "set-up when needed" part of my workflow, which actually suits me really well and has made it easy to store between projects."
